鋰電三元前驅體自控反應釜中試車間（有效容積1M3）

產品介紹

鋰電三元前驅體自控反應釜

（用于中試車間，容積1m³）

一、反應釜和陳化釜配套使用，材質304及316L不銹鋼

二、反應釜為夾套式，釜內膽有四個擋板，攪拌槳二個（可上下移動， 槳葉形式任選）。釜上蓋有多個進料口、進N2氣口、排氣口、壓力表口等。

反應釜內膽側面裝有溫度電極PT100接頭，pH電極接頭。釜夾套底部裝三只電加熱棒。

三、PLC自控儀

1、電機轉速控制 50~650r/min

2、反應釜內膽溫控 30~70℃±0.5

3、pH控制 2~14pH±0.05（控制精度）

4、計量泵三臺
